VRS (Valve Resources and Solutions) was established in 2011 to provide services related to valve and associated equipment supply.

We offer a highly proactive service and concentrate on finding the correct solution for clients – whether that is for the supply of equipment – or by placing suitably qualified personnel within client organisations.

  • Experience – key personnel have 25+ years working in procurement and material supply and valve manufacturing at management level.
  • Relationships – key support from partners (manufacturing, stocking and services)
  • Dependable – proven track record

Our experience allows a thorough and exacting reporting mechanism flow to the client thereby avoiding unexpected delays and the associated costs that these can cause. We have successfully implemented efficiency and cost saving measures through independent review of processes and practices.

Given our wealth of experience we know WHEN, WHY and HOW to react to given issues where supply issues occur – thereby providing valued support for our customers processes.

Meet the Directors

Company News – May 2024

It is with great pleasure that we can confirm the sale of VRS to Bon Accord Engineering Supplies (Caspian) Limited (BAES). VRS has had a long-standing relationship with BAES, a UK-based company with a branch office in Azerbaijan, both in terms of material supply and other engineering support services. VRS company director Roger Moult has been a director of BAES for the past 2 years, and the joining of these two companies will bring synergy and benefits to both operations. Roger will continue to serve as a director of both companies, along with the new owner, Mr. Ilgar Akhundov.

Company News – May 2024

It is with deep sorrow that the Company must announce the death of Sylvia Moult on 7th August 2016. Her death follows a long battle with scleroderma and cancer over the previous 8 years. She believed that all of us make the most of each and every day. A path she truly followed over the period of her condition. She will be greatly missed but the Company will continue to trade in her absence.
